How do I use the Fax Printer?
Use the Fax Printer so send a fax directly from an open document. No need to attach the document to an email.
Follow these easy steps:
- Open the document that you wish to print to a fax
- Choose the option to print the document using the "Print-to-fax Printer"
- In the Fax Printer wizard, specify the number(s) that you want to send the fax to
- Select the checkbox to include a cover sheet if you want to include a cover sheet
- Preview what the fax will look like when it has been received
- Enter your Fax to Email account username and password
- Click on Finish

Can my MS Outlook contacts be used with the Fax Printer?
Yes, on the first page of the Fax Printer wizard, click on the To... button, then click on Yes when asked if you want to import contact details from Outlook.
What do I need to install on my computer?
- Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7
- .Net 3.5 framework must be installed
- FaxOut credits (get FaxOut credits)

Do I need anything to be able to send faxes with the Fax Printer?
Yes, you need to have a registered Fax to Email account and you need to have credits available on your Fax to Email account. If you don't have one already, please click here to sign-up.
